Little Elm High School Announced Top Ten Graduated During House Visits

Dr. Priddy is in the front yard of Richard Morales who just learned he's ranked 1 in his class.

Little Elm High School Top Ten students anxiously waited Thursday for the announcement of class rank. Delivered by Elizabeth Priddy, principal, students welcomed the news with a smile with their parents listening nearby. Dr. Priddy and her LEHS crew traveled more than 50 miles all over Little Elm ISD to pay a personal visit to each student’s homes. Usually, the Top Ten graduates are celebrated at the end of the year at a lunch banquet at The Tribute, this year’s celebration looked a little different, but the feelings were all the same. Each student was visited by their honorary teacher with a personalized letter in hand. The students reciprocated the feelings with their own words which in most cases didn’t leave a dry eye in the front yard. Most of the seniors shared the same sentiment that is was unfortunate they did not get a chance to finish out their senior year on campus, but regardless, they are excited to begin their next chapter.
