Little Elm Park Rules

Beach Rules

With summer comes some friendly reminders about the few beach and park rules Little Elm has.

As the summer draws near and the beach sees increasing activities, the Town is making a big public information push to make sure rules at the beach and Little Elm Park are well known.

We have installed new signage in English and Spanish, and have tasked the beach ambassadors and beach patrol to inform patrons about the rules in an educational way. We have asked them to be very diligent in enforcing the rules- it’s expected that there will be more visitors at the beach than ever before. There is not a long list of rules at the beach, but the ones that do exist are for safety reasons or to ensure that it is an environment where everyone feels comfortable.

In order to try and get the public’s attention, the Town is publishing a series of light-hearted videos produced starring our very own Marcus Maxie and Chris Frazier to get some laughs and educate the public.

The first video, involving outside grills at the park, has been released on social media and can be viewed on YouTube or Facebook.
